NOTES & THOUGHTS

single phase electricity

anything from 200 to 240

pretty much anything - yes

only have 110 need 20 amps

more amps

no matter the voltage - we can wire it however needed / whatever voltage you have

#1 thing - single phase power needed (not multi-phased)

WHAT LANGUAGE CAN MAKE THIS EASIER

what outlet/recepticle

110 volts (or range) - 20amp circuit needed

discourage from this - slower heating / 3 liters max - 15-20 minutes between batches

220/240 (all the same) - 20amp - reduced volume (3KW heating element)

220/240 - 30 amp - gallon at a time

Installer - anyone who can / is install your other coffee equipment should be fineDOCUMENTATION IS STRAIGHTFORWARD AND WE CAN WALK THEM THROUGH AS NEEDED

--machine comes on pallet

--install the bulb (carefully)

--drain should be easy to connect

--if no drain - just needs a drip tray

-water/electrical

3/8 compression to 3/8 john guest / (plastic tubing)

for electrical - actual rating (voltage/amperage) - single phase

+ receptacle

MUST be configured to proper voltage/amperage

MUST clarify if drain line or drip tray

WATER line 3/8 push to connect

recommend 30amps/220v & L14-30R - suggested (4 wire configuration) - can work w/ 3 wire, but preferred 4 wire

WATER FILTRATION

-biggest issue - bad source water

-for quality, think the same as a well filtered espresso machine

BUT - it's important water is suitably filtered to prevent scaling and no chloramines

For flavor - espresso spec should be the same

For maintenance - chloramine removal and scale prevention

--reverse osmosis may be necessary -

FOR DISCOUNT

first define which models they want (specifics)

order together, discount

save on shipping (2 on one pallet)

one now / one later -

$500 off per each one as the ballpark discount --

6k each if he buys two w/ quartz & stirring, etc.

bigger pump

Primarily would allow usage of finer grounds

slightly increased throughput

use 15-20% less coffee (could pay for itself very quickly)

more fault tolerant

Fancier cafes - more extraction w/ a higher pump

more fault tolerant

use less coffee

eat club --

--admin was supposed to brew it

--1/2hp pump for offices + locking pin + proximity sensor, etc.
